Anna is the owner and founder of Temple Love Fitness, LLC and Temple Love Fitness Community. She is certified through the American Council on Exercise as a professional Health Coach, Personal Trainer, Group Fitness Instructor, and Nutrition Specialist. She has focused her continued education on prenatal and postnatal fitness, corrective exercise, behavior change, and emotional wellness.
Anna loves creating meaningful relationships with her clients and is passionate about providing women with a safe place to talk and work through life's emotional and physical joys and challenges. Her priority with each client interaction is to teach gospel-motivation as the key to overcoming obstacles and living a holistically healthy life.
